GCI, incorporated in Utah, is a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB). CAG is an SBA certified 8(a) and Small Disadvantaged (SDB) Oklahoma limited liability company wholly owned by CNI Government, LLC, which is wholly owned by Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. (CNI). CNI was created in 1996 pursuant to the Oklahoma Indian Welfare Act and established as the government contracting arm of the Chickasaw Nation. CAG and other CNI LLCs, as well as GCI have a long history of supporting government agencies on mission-critical information technology, operations, organizational transformation, and consulting projects.
